Description
Fully configurable, Gill 1498 Rotary Position Sensor or Blade360 measures the position of a metallic activator over a full 360° measurement range. Using inductive technology, the non-contact two part design provides an accurate output combined with long term reliability by eliminating all moving parts.
Fatures of the 1498 Rotary Position Sensor:
- Full 360° measurement
- Configurable range
- Non-contact reliability
- Unlimited mechanical life
- Analogue/digital output
Combining full solid-state electronics with integrated processing, the position sensor is durable, compact and light. The BladeCOM user interface provides considerable configuration flexibility including measurement range, output signals and diagnostic information. Easy installation with a variety of mounting and wiring options further extends the flexibility of the position sensor.
Multiple outputs are available as standard, including Analogue (0-5.5V), Switch, PWM and Serial. The output can be fully configured using the supplied BladeCOM software, allowing the full-scale output to be used over a smaller measurement range.
Sealed to IP67, the Blade360 Rotary Sensor is ideal for applications subject to harsh environments.
Gill is a world leader in capacitive liquid level sensing technology. Our range of liquid level sensors use solid-state capacitive technology to measure the level of liquid. With no moving parts to break or wear out, our sensors offer unmatched long term reliability in a variety of harsh environments.
On-board processing electronics are located within the mounting flange and each sensor offers a fully configurable 0-5V analogue output, compatible with most industry standard systems. All Gill capacitive level sensors are suitable with most fluids including fuel, oil, water, coolant, bio-fuel and other liquid types.
Compact, lightweight and robust, our liquid level sensors are used in an extremely wide range of applications including premier Motorsport series, defence & unmanned vehicles, marine vessels, mining and industrial machinery.
With a range of standard capacitive liquid level sensor designs and the ability to produce bespoke sensors in low and high volumes, we can offer reliable level sensing solutions to suit your application requirements.
